The public will take notice that the council of the Town of Norwood has called a public hearing at 6:00 pm on May 2, 2022 at Norwood Town Hall, to consider a rezoning request to locate 18 sf units on 3.15 acres. Applicant Andrew McDonald, True Homes. PIN #656301395177.
The Town of Norwood, NC is in the process of writing a Land Use Plan and would like to receive your input. The Town is writing a Land Use Plan to protect the quality of life in Norwood and ensure that it remains a community where people choose to live, work, play, and conduct business. The Plan is being developed through 2040. As part of this survey, the Town is asking you to respond to a few questions about the things in Norwood that are most important to you as it relates to the use of land and land development. Your responses will be used in developing the Plan which helps to guide future land use development and respond to the community desires and needs.
